Emily frowned in concentration and let out a frustrated groan when she realized she had burned the rice.

Leo held Sierra softly.

Emily sighed, having still not noticed Chase yet. She glanced at a drawer before opening it and grabbing a take out menu. She went to grab her cell phone and noticed Chase. "Chase!"

Allie kept drawing the old couple and out of the corner of her eye, saw the guy who she had talked to before, jogging.

Leo picked Sierra up and put her in her bed. He took Mackenzie out of the room and put her in front of the TV to watch kiddie shows. He then went and made some tea before taking it and placing it on the nightstand next to Sierra. After that, he went and picked up Ryan, placing him beside his sister.
