Liam heard the crack and grabbed his phone, immediately turning on his phone and calling the police.

Leo showed up at the apartment, because he was closest. "Excuse me, miss. You'll have to come with me." Leo said.

Marley smiled at him softly.

"It's my job. I'm sure Sierra is mature enough to understand that. Besides, I wouldn't have had to arrest you if you hadn't kicked a door and broken it. That man could press charges if he likes." Leo said. "My job is to protect people. And if someone calls the station with a call saying a woman is trying break into their house and kill them, which I don't fully believe that, I have to respond and get the woman out of there."
