Killian got the bullet from the doctors and grabbed his office key. It was after hours so he could work on this case without someone finding out. He gets to work to find out the type of bullet it was, and the type of gun it was shot from.

Hannah sits in the hospital bed when a nurse walks in, and injects her with what she thought was something to help her. She sees a tattoo of an animal on the person's wrist before passing out.

Killian smiles and stands up. "I was going to wait till after all this was over to ask, but...I don't want to wait and regret not doing it sooner." He tells her, with a calm and loving voice, but serious. "I love you. And your kids. And the past few months, for the first time I've felt like I've found my purpose in life. I know this might be selfish, but I feel like this is the right thing." He then kneels down, and presents his mother's ring ,the one he had kept with him since the day she died, "I love you, Sierra. If you don't feel the same then I'll go quietly, but I cant imagine my life with out you right now. Will you marry me?"
