Gray sighed and walked over, sitting beside her and wrapping an ark around her shoulders. "I know you are." he said. "I'm scared too. But that's why we have each other, and our family."

"Because of me. I'm your hope. I'm your person if you keep it. You know how much I love you and care about you. Do you really doubt that my love and care for our child will be any less if not more?" Gray asked, kneeling in front of her. "I know it's scary. I know the idea of our child growing up to be like us is terrifying. But that's a chance we have to take."
