Chani didn't hear anyone on the other end and so she hung up. She then looked at the text from Andrew and smiled. Sure! I'd love to come!

Emily woke up in tears and moved over to Chase, very sleepily. She curled up in his lap and hid her face in his neck.

Andrew looked at his phone and smiled, Great, I'll stop by to get you in a few minutes, he replied as he finished getting Charlie ready.
Chase opened his eyes and put his arms around her.

Chani pulled her hair into a ponytail and slipped her sneakers on before grabbing her wallet, phone and keys.

Emily nodded a little. "Are the twins okay?" she asked softly. "Have you talked to Alice at all?"

Chase nodded "I stepped out to call her while you were sleeping they are doing fine and she is happy to stay for as long as we need her to."

Chani went over to the door and opened it, smiling down at Charlie. "There's my favourite man in the entire universe!" she said excitedly.

Emily nodded. "We should at least go and see them. I just don't want Zoey coming in here and stressing Colin out." she whispered.

Chain leaned over Charlie and kissed Andrew's cheek. Then she kneeled down to Charlie. "Hug?" she asked, opening her arms.

Emily leaned up and kissed Chase's cheek. "You're amazing." she whispered.
