My dad. And my mama raised me damn well on her own. She raised me right. And it's not like my baby won't have a father. Joss has had a man since she was three. They'll likely marry before too long, my girl'll be a bridesmaid like she always wants, and everythin'll be fine.

Then you aren't a parent. You aren't a father. You find a way to leave your mark in the world so someone else has the burden of carrying your blood and history in them. You're no better than the gods.

Step up and fight for your right to be with your kid. Your ex may have her reasons for not likeing you, but if you don't stand up and take charge, that kid will grow up either resenting you or have a faulse notion of who you are from what she heard from her mother.

I did fight for her. I fought for her while the divorce was filed. I fought for her in the custody court. But as I had nothing, full custody was granted to Her. But even then I fought for her, until I was threatened with a restraining order. So don't ever tell me I didn't fight for her. She's my baby. I wouldn't give her up willingly. I lost my mama, my wife, and my daughter in the same week. Don't tell me I didn't try.

Oh poor baby! You arent the only one who lost people they care about! Fine. You clearly don't deserve to be her dad. I hope find whatever the hell is was you were looking for before.
