People get driven by all kinds of things. It's hard to tell them that their emotions, which are most of the time, a primary factor, are invalid.

I'm not saying that a persons emotions are invalid in how they feel about something. I don't bloody care about that. My job to to keep people like you from getting themselves or others killed. The least others can do is to just follow orders.
