Oil and grease stains and everything, but he wants to take me to a nice dinner so I thing oil stained tee shirt and pants are frowned upon. (To all)

I'd say dress conservatively. You want them to like you for you, not what you wear.


Pretty dress, cardigan, flats, you're good. Don't go special yet.
