Amy nodded and turned her attention back to the food

Sierra nodded but yawned again

Damian sat down at the Desk of his precinct and looked around.

"You asked us to see what we could find on Miles Parker and we did" David said angrily "we are doing the best we can with a case outside of our jurisdiction, on top of our duty here in New York."

"Yes. And have you given me anything? Who his parents were? Where he grew up? And didn't I say that it didn't matter if it looked suspicious or not?" He says then sighs, "Look mate I didn't want to say anything for fear of jinxing it, but you are up for a promotion, as an undercover officer. And that means nothing can be overlooked. This case was supposed to be part of your test, to see if you are ready. Understood?"

David sighed "look I'm going to give it to you straight things aren't going great over here we are stretching the department thin and it doesn't help that you took one of my best officers" he said as he stood up and closed the door to his office, we have been dealing with a series of murders over here to some people here they dont seem connect but majority of the victims do seem to have the same summer camp in common if you know what I mean and we dont have the time or man power to keep digging into a man with no criminal history or any offenses.
