Tom sent a quick text to ask Chris where he was and tell him he was leaving, and took a few swift strides to catch up with Logan, also taking out his keys. "Let me know how you get on." He pressed his business card into Logan's pocket. "And as I said with Alia, anything I can do, anything, give that number a call and say you're from camp. Direct line to me, no matter where I am or where you are." He clapped Logan on the shoulder. "It was ... nice to see you again, Logan."

"You're welcome." Tom smiled, sliding into his Impala and revving the engine, grinning playfully at Logan to get a move on. He had no rush, he just had to drive to the airfield and then fly home.

Logan sat in his parking space for a moment to check his phone. He texted Alia to say: "I'm on my way home. Be there in a few hours." Then, he pulled out of his parking space, and drove off west towards California.
