A black 1967 Chevrolet Impala drew up outside the bookshop. Elissa turned off the engine and stepped out, closing the door behind her, tucking a gun into the waistband of her jeans before banging on the front door. "Orli!" She yelled.

Orlando woke with a start, he jumped up from the table and ran towards the door crashing into and knocking over a huge stack of books on his way.

Elissa winced as she heard something fall over. "Orli? You okay in there?" She yelled.

"Yep, yep everything's fine," Orlando said heading towards the door again and promptly crashing into it.

Elissa winced again. "It doesn't sound like everything's okay..."

[onomatopoeia]

Orlando hurriedly unlocked the door letting Elissa in. "Happens all the time," he said messing up his already messy hair.

Elissa looked around. "I can see that."

[onomatopoeia]

Orlando sheepishly nudged some books under a table.

"Gods, you're worse than you were at school!" Elissa chuckled.

[onomatopoeia]

"I-well, that's probably not possible," Orlando said quickly clearing books and papers off a chair.

Elissa shook her head. "I think it's been extremely possible since you have a whole house to yourself now."

[onomatopoeia]

"Fair enough," Orlando said dumping the pile on top of another. "So what brings you here?" he leant against the pile and it collapsed on top of him showering him with books.

Elissa paused for a second. "... I told you I was coming..."

[onomatopoeia]

"Oh you did?" Orlando said getting up of the floor kicking the books out the way and attempting to straighten his hair, "Oh yes, yes you did!"

Elissa chuckled as she wove her way through the books. "How've you been?" She asked

[onomatopoeia]

"Good, good and you?" he carefully watched where he was walking careful not to trip.

"Worn out from working. There's been a lot of jobs around recently."

[onomatopoeia]

"And you need my help to...?"

[feathertail]

"Am I not allowed to drop in on an old friend?"

[onomatopoeia]

"You are, but you usually drop in when you need my help. Tea?" Orlando offers a badly chipped mug full of tea.

Elissa shook her head and chuckled. "You know me too well. Yeah, I've got a hydra case that needs sorting."

[onomatopoeia]

"Tell me more," Orlando said intrigued sipping the tea. Grimacing he balanced the tea on another pile of books.

"Three people pulled apart near Dunedin, each into seven pieces." Elissa removed her gun from her waistband and began to fiddle with the safety.

"Seven pieces seven heads, makes sense," Olando nodded "alright when do we leave?"
