"Someone's clearly had a crack at this hydra before but didn't have the Greek fire that we do," Orlando did the same turning to attack a head "otherwise there wouldn't be this many."

"What are we betting that he got eaten?" Liss said as she sliced a head off and cauterised the stump.

[onomatopoeia]

"I'm not taking you up on that seeing as he was most definelty eaten," Orlando hacked off another head and cauterised that too before crying in pain as a different head sunk it's teeth into his arm.

Liss sliced it off, quickly burning the flesh, and shoving Orli out of the way, tossing a vial at him. "Get some antidote on that now!"

[onomatopoeia]

"Ah jeesh bleedin' egies." Orlando let off a string of random sounds and curses as he dabbed at the bite marks.

Liss would have laughed but she was too busy dodging heads. She managed to catch and hang onto the immortal head, sawing at it with Orli's dagger, which she'd swiped when he'd fallen back. "Bury it!" She yelled as she slid off the neck and shot at the final head, which was a lot more wary.

Orlando caught the snarling head as it fell and he ran towards where he dug the hole.

Liss shot and shot at the last head, but it kept swerving out of the way.

Reaching the spot, Orlando dropped the head that was snarling and trying to bite him into the hole. Hitting it a few times with the spade he started to bury it.

Liss grunted, not having enough time to swap magazines, and pulled out her other pistol. She got a lucky shot and it exploded. She burnt the wound quickly and the monster slowly dissolved into dust. Unfortunately, the goo from the second exploding head of the day didn't, and she cleared it out of her eyes as she started to kick the dust around, scattering it and ensuring it didn't reform.

Orlando finished burying the head before heading back to the clearing where Liss was.

"You good?" Liss asked as she kicked around in the dirt.

[onomatopoeia]

"You stole my dagger." Was all Orlando said.

Liss chucked it at him, picking up her katanas and the pistol, stowing them all away.

[onomatopoeia]

Orlando caught the dagger on reflex, "yeah I'm fine, you alright?" Orlando smiled he wasn't angry.

"Just a few bumps and bruises." When Liss was satisfied with the scattering of the dust, she crossed to examine the bite.

"It's nothing, we're lucky nothing worse happened."

Liss made a non committal noise. "I still want to get some nectar on that."

[onomatopoeia]

"Yeah sure thing," Orlando swung the spade over his shoulder "got everything?"

[feathertail]

"Yup. That head buried all right?" Liss nodded, checking over her weapons and also that they had left no traces.

[onomatopoeia]

"I believe so but someone digging it up again. Is what I worry about."

[feathertail]

"Stay here," Liss said. She'd just had an idea. She jogged back to Baby and picked up a chest big enough to fit the head in from the back seat. It had at least seven locks and was covered in Greek symbols. She jogged back and dumped it at Orli's feet. "We can stick it in Storage," she explained, unlocking the chest.

"Great plan!" Orlando ran to where he dug the hole and started to dig up the head.

Liss grinned. "I always have good ideas."

[onomatopoeia]

"You wish Winchester." Orlando snorted uncovering the head.
