Seth smiles, "Of course. While Miss. Amy attacked me pinning me to the ground, Miss Haven crawled out of her chair, and while Mr. Henderson bent down to see if she was alright, she stabbed him."

"First it was Dawn checking on me, now he's saying I was checking on Dawn." Justin whispered to Killan.

Killian nods, "Clear contradiction I know. Now hush."
Seth shrugs, "I believe she had a knife of some kind hidden away, that she used to cut herself free."

"Earlier you claimed it was Ms Haven checking on Mr Henderson. Now you are claiming he was checking on her. Which is it?"

Seth shrugs, "And the difference? Either way, that information is irrelevant."

Justin began whispering to himself. "Dawn couldn't reach me if she was checking on me. She can't move her legs."

Seth sighs, "In case you have already forgotten I was pinned down by the massive mass that was Miss. Amy so I couldn't have been sure who approached who. All I can say is that Miss. Haven crawled up to Mr. Henderson and Mr. Henderson bent over."

"Convenient that your answer has changed." Nathaniel said

Seth smiles, "Convenient that you are here. What were all the good attorneys on vacation or something? I really do pity the fact you were the best they could do."

"Its funny how you said Ms Haven check on Mr Henderson earlier and was bent over him checking on him as Ms Haven cant move her legs."

Seth sudden looked trapped, "Well...she crawled then."

"Are you sure? You seem a bit nervous? Perhaps you arent being completely honest with me."

Seth then starts to laugh, "Oh councilor. I've been watching you from the start, and the only nervous one around here is you."

Seth smiles, "She crawled of course. And don't fort get that I was under the sweaty mass of Amy." he says trying to insult Amy.

"Mr Flores is a tiny girl. You could easily get her off. I dont understand how someone of her stature could take you down though. She cant weigh any more than 100 pounds at most, standing at under 5'0."

"Are we forgetting here that she is just as guilty here? She killed that Garret woman. I personally never laid a finger on anyone, whereas she was the one that killed countless of other people. or did you forget? I know Agent Jones hasn't forgotten. Now, Miss. Flores isn't the only guilty one here. Agent Jones from what I understand, was too slow to save her, and too caught up in his own work and his past to even keep his marriage from sinking under." Killian clenches his fists so hard his knuckles turned white and his hands started to bleed.

"That is irrelevant to the case at hand as that has already been settled in court." Nathaniel said

[Dawn Haven]

Seth smiles, "And yet her killer is still with us and not behind bars already. Or perhaps Agent Jones neglected to inform the court that he released her to come find me." Seth says with a smile knowing that Killian would lose his job and be sent to prison for at least a month. Killian continues to clench his fists as his hands drip from the blood.

Seth smiles, "Its only speculation if its untrue. And Amy herself told me that what I said was indeed the case."
