Killian sighs, "There's no need. I would rather say it myself. It was a risk I was willing to take. Put me on the stand and I'll tell it all. But then youll have to win this on your own. Either way I'm going to jail. If you call me up or her, it doesn't matter, but what does matter is winning this case. There is no fail option either you win this case or your ass is mine, if I find out that you put Dawn in a cell and not Seth and Amy." he whispers to him.

Killian sighs, "Its your call mate. Me or Amy. Who do you call to the stand?"

Justin stared at Killan. He knew what was coming. Killan was going to get sent to jail and that meant he needed to keep Dawn more than ever because that's all he had. He was worried.

Seth stands down and Killian walks up to the stand and takes his seat.
Dawn looks over at them unsure of what was going on, and it scared her.

Killian nods, "What he said is true. Once I found out that Amy was in close ties with Seth I used her as a way of locating him. My team and I have been searching for Seth for years, so once I clued in that Justin wasn't dead but in fact still with him, I pulled a few strings to get Amy out for a short period fully aware of the risks, and instantly regretted the decision."

Killian nods, "I thought that Amy would know, after being with him for so long, that she would know his patterns. He never stayed in one place so it was near impossible for the department to figure out where he would go next. I was only half right about this plan."

"Yes to the families of Hannah, Cassie, Hadley, and the Hendersons, I'm so sorry. I failed you all and I failed my team, and those I care about. Oh and one more thing." He says looking at Seth, "You haven't won yet, so don't you think that this is over." The Judge nods, "In light of this Agent Jones will held in our custody until we can get the first flight back to the states for him. The court will reconvene first thing tomorrow. You are all dismissed for now. Bailiff, please take Agent Jones and Miss haven back into custody." Killian stands up as his hands are cuffed.

Jenna stood and walked over to Killian and the bailiff and spoke for a bit about what it would take to get Killian out on a lesser sentence. She looked over at him, worry in her eyes "If anything I can escort him myself back to the states."
