Jordan grunts and he looked around the room as he got up. He didn't hear anyone but Meryl wouldn't have left him alone, would she?

Kora frowns and kicks a nearby rock in frustration. She was running out of time, and gods know how long Jordan had. "This isn't working."

Meryl was no where in sight, but could she have genuinely forgot to lock the door or was this just another one of her twisted games?

Jordan tried to open the door and it worked and he sneakily lurked down the corridor and looked around for the room Meryl hid his phone in.

Jordan runs to the table, grabbing his phone and calling Kora.

Kora was still at the crime scene when her phone rang. She picks it up, "Hello?"

Jordan sounded distressed and destroyed as well as speaking quietly so no one could hear him. "Kora," he was on the verge of tears. "It's Jordan, I need you to get me out of here."

"Jordan?" She says on the verge of tears herself and looks over at her brother, "Where are you? What did they do to you? Where's Meryl?"

"It's not important what they did to me right now. Meryl left. And I need you to come to the abandoned warehouse on 67th. That's where I think they brought me. I'm not sure." Jordan said.

Meryl at this point walks back in with her brother and smiles, "This is why we cant have nice things dear." She says as her brother approaches Jordan.
"67th? I'm on my way."

Jordan throws the phone down when he hears Meryl.

Kora at this point starts to panic, "Jordan? Jordan! what's going on?"

Meryl then picks up the phone, "I'm sorry Jordan cant come to the phone right now. He's a bit busy at the moment." She says with a sadistic smile and turns the phone so Kora could hear the sound of a metal pipe being swung like a baseball bat at Jordan's ribs, before she hangs up the phone.

By now Kora is just too stunned and angry to move. She stands there and sobs.

Jordan grunts as the pipe hits him and he tries to kick Meryl's brother in the stomach once he remains his composure. Kora knew where to go. He just had to hold them off long enough.

Her brother then swings at Jordan's legs in an attempt to break them, as Meryl stands by annoyed, "Oh hurry up and get him tied back up. We still have a lot more work to do."

Jordan landed the kick but also fell to the ground as he got hit afterwards. At least he knew help was on the way.

Kora frowns as she takes a deep breath, "That bitch is dead."

Meryl walks up closer to him, "Oh hon I'm so glad you find this amusing. Tell you what. For every minuet that she is late, my brother cuts off one of your toes. Does that sound like fun?"

Kora grabs Elias and heads to 67th street, "That bitch is so dead." She grumbles just getting madder as they get closer

Kora gets to the address pumped on adrenaline and anger. At this point she didn't care what happened to her she just wanted to get Jordan out.

Meryl smiles, "Seem like we have company." She say as both her and her brother leave the room.
shortly after Kora finds a window to the room and crawls through it and starts to softly call for Jordan.
