Jordan sighed. "Kora. I don't want you doing something that you're uncomfortable with or that you don't want to do just to pay the hospital bills. We'll get through it but you don't have to do this."

Kora had just picked up the mail when she saw a letter addressed to her from her old job. A buddy of her's was able to pull some strings and got her a job as a lawyer in Oregon. The letter saying that while this wasn't going to be as much as when she was a judge it would pay her handsomely. Kora almost cried after she read it.

Jordan had just woken up and walked into the living room and saw Kora with the mail in her hand. "Anything interesting today?" He asked through a yawn, putting on a pot of coffee.
