"I just constantly think what might have happened if that day played out differently." Justin said. "Hannah and I were talking about it one day. She said she regretted the decision she made to be with Zak instead of me and that's stuck with me ever since, despite my heart being with you."

Justin sighed. "Dawn. I have a confession to make." He paused for a moment before taking a deep breath. "When you left camp, we never really officially split but I had thought I may never actually see you again. There was a night on the beach before Hannah left and we kissed..." He took another deep breath. "I just don't want us to have secrets. We're getting married. We should be able to tell each other things and the guilt has been eating at me all this time."

"Justin we were kids. Besides I don't think either of us ever hoped that this would last forever. I mean yeah we did anyway but I don't think either of us really thought that we would be this lucky, let alone live this long." She said once she caught her breath.

Bridgett tunes her guitar, but none of this felt like her anymore. Did she make a mistake by killing Beth? What scared her was that she honestly considered that she might have made a mistake in killing Beth instead of taking her up on her offer.

"I've just never wrote something like that before." Justin said. "And how would I keep it believable for mortals? If someone figured out it's based on a real story, it could mean trouble for not just us but living demigods everywhere."

Dawn thinks a moment, "Well I don't think you have anything to worry about with the mortals. They think anything with magic or that doesn't follow what they already believe is fiction. As for protecting the rest of us, you can change the names. Besides, saying that a story is 'based on a true story' means nothing especially to those of us who actually read."
