Jo looked at him and then looked at the floor. "It's just weird. Being without Owen. He's always been there."

"Oh, sweetheart." Tom truly looked heartbroken. "If it would help, he's on Skype now, we set up a connection for you. He's on the screen in your living room. Just through here." Tom opened a door.

Jo's eyes widened and she goes to run past Tom but stops and hugs him. "Thanks Papa." she said before running off to the living room.

An empty chair was visible on the screen, the edge I a desk as well, though it was mostly obscured by a spilled packet of biscuits.

There was an audible crash and the sound of something falling over and a grunt of pain, but suddenly Owen was in front of the camera. "Jo?" He asked, wincing as he sat down.
