Elissa drummed her fingers on the rim of her steering wheel as she drove along the abandoned road to the beat of her music. Her long blonde hair rippled in the breeze from the open windows of the 1967 Impala, her heavy jacket's sleeve doing the same as it lay propped on the edge of the door.

Christine called Elissa, patiently waiting her to answer the phone.

Elissa's head turned to the side as she heard her phone go off. She grunted as she reached over the back of the long seat to retrieve the device, struggling to keep her grip on the wheel secure. She finally managed to snag it, turning off her music before clicking answer and slipping it, on speakerphone, into the cradle next to the wheel. "Hello?"

Christine smiled. "Elissa! It's me, Christine! How are you?" she said, sitting down on her couch.

"Hey, Chrissie! I'm fine, thanks, you?" Elissa responded with a grin.

"Bored! We're in between plays right now!" she said, laughing a bit. "What about you? What are you up to?"

"Ah, just drivin at the moment. What plays are ya doin?" Liss shrugged, though she knew Chrissie couldn't see her.

[Caroline Berry]

"We just finished Don Juan and now we are trying to figure out a new one." Christine said.

"Do Phantom!" Elissa suggested.

[Caroline Berry]

Christine laughed. "The managers won't take suggestions from me. They're still upset with me for spilling the plays secrets to a wealthy business man."

"Well get said wealthy businessman to put in a word for Phantom! " Elissa answered.

[Caroline Berry]

"Maybe. That might work. So where are you?" Christine asked.

[feathertail]

"Drivin to meet up with 'Lando at his place. " Liss replied.

[Caroline Berry]

"Say hi for me!" Christine said with a smile. "And have fun!"

"Oh, you know how he is with his books. I'll most likely have the most boring time ever."

[Caroline Berry]

"Do you need me to come save you?" Christine half-joked.

"Nah, I'll be okay. I've seen off worse. "

[Caroline Berry]

"Okay, well call me if you feel like you need something I do!" Christine said.

"Sure. Same with you, okay?" Elissa smiled.

[Caroline Berry]

"Of course! You'll have to come visit me in France sometime." Christine said.

"Ditto for you. Let me know if you plan to come and I'll... sort out a place." Elissa replied, though she wasn't sure where they could stay. Orlando's, probably.

[Caroline Berry]

"I will!" Christine said happily.

"Swell." Elissa grinned, turning the wheel and turning the impala onto a different road.

"Okay, well my friend, I have to go. But you go have fun!" Christine said
