Owen got out of the car and walked up nervously.

"Welcome." Ben said.

David came down the stairs and saw Owen. His eyes widened. "Owen!" he yelled and ran for him.

Owen smiled a little. "Hey, Dave. Where's Jonathan?"

Jonathan peeked out from behind Ben, hand in one of the panther's fur.

"It's David." he protested before responding with a shrug and then, "probably with the panthers."

Ben rested a hand on Jonathan's head softly.

Jonathan looked up at Ben. "Why is Owen here?"

David nodded. "There's a whole family of them!" he beamed happily up at Owen.

"He's going to make Jo feel better." Ben replied and looked down at the boy. "Where's your father?"

Jonathan just shrugged. "Dunno."

David hugged his legs happily.

Ben stroked his son's head and smiled softly before looking at Owen with no expression.

Owen quietly detached David, looking at Ben nervously as he ushered the boy back up the steps.

Owen hunched his shoulders, looking around nervously.

Tom looked down from the top of the stairs, taking in the situation.

"Would you like me to go get Jo, or would you like to go find her?" Ben asked calmly, watching Owen.

Ben nodded. "Her bedroom is the up the stairs on the right." he said.

Jo began to wake up, looking to see if Plato was still there.

Owen nodded, hurrying off. Tom descended the stairs after he passed. "What is Owen doing here?"

Plato yawned and stretched out on the bed.

Jo patted the panther's head.

Owen came to Jo's door ans knocked.

"What?" Ben asked. "Our daughter is depressed and I'm just looking out for her." He looked at Tom. "Are you made at me for that?"

Jo got up and went to the door. She opened it and froze when she saw Owen. "Owen... How did you..."

Jo moved to the side and let him in the room. She was nervous.

Ben pulled Tom closer and held him.
