Kol threw the ball and then smiled, thoughts of Melissa running through his mind. Suddenly, the baseball hit his head. "Ow!" he said.

"Pay attention. Stop daydreaming." the pitching coach said.

Kol shook off the pain and continued practicing.

Kol walked into a coffee shop and got his regular coffee before noticing Melissa. He walked up behind her. "I just love a hard working woman." he whispered in her ear. "Especially when that woman is you, little bird."

Melissa rolled her eyes "Sorry Im seeing someone." Then she heard the nickname 'Little Bird' and she smiled as she turned "Oh hey there. Didnt know it was you." She said smiling up at him
