Kol got in and drove her home, stopping in front of her apartment building.

Elijah got off the plane and headed to Kol's apartment, letting himself in with his own key and sat on Kol's couch, drinking a glass of bourbon while he waited for his brother to get home.

"That sounds good." Mattie said with a smile.

Mattie sighed for a moment. "I'm not sure. My heart is saying dessert, but my stomach is telling me there's no more room." she said and laughed.

Kol sped off, going home and storming inside. He stopped when he saw Elijah, who got up and smacked him upside the head before grabbing him by the ear and dragging him out the door again.

Kol stood in front of the door, holding a bouquet of flowers. He looked off to the side dejectedly, until someone hidden by the wall cleared their throat. Kol sighed. "I'm sorry." he said, looking at Melissa.

Marcus whispers in the waiter's ear and he comes back with a to go box with the chocolate cake inside, "My treat." He says with a smile.

Melissa smiled and ran over hugging him "Eli!" She said smiling then turned to Kol and gave him a soft smile taking the flowers "The flowers are a nice touch. I forgive you." She said hugging him

"It's not about the bar." Kol sighed. "You have to accept that we're going to have different viewpoints on things and disagreements are going arise. Yes, we don't have to bring them up in public, but that's all you have to say."
