"I joined Seth's convoluted team like I promised. He burned the building down and staged my death so no one would go looking. Then, with Marcus's help, I managed to escape and I found Killan who sent me to New York. I packed my bags and asked him to help me get here. This whole time, I have been trying to find you. Killan thinks I shouldn't tell you but you've been grieving long enough and you don't deserve to. I can't take back that month but we can move on from here..." Justin said kneeling down to be level with her.

You could have mailed me a tape, or called, but now...you were dead Justin. I was just startting to feel like I could stand on my own 2 feet. Relatively speaking. You didn't think that maybe I left the states to get away from all this?"

Dawn looks at him on the verge of tears, "That's the point Justin. I loved you too! You were dead! If you told me sooner or you know after they caught the guy, then it might have been different. But no. You wait until your guilt couldn't take it any more. You didn't come here for my sake. You came here for yours."

Dawn takes a deep breath as hot tears roll down her cheeks. She did love him, but she needed time and space to reevaluate some things. She still loved him but she wasn't sure she could forgive this.
