Seth smiled at Justin, as Dawn looked like she was going to cry, "Those days that you assumed dead, you ever wonder why she didn't stick around? Perhaps she truly did think you dead and thought that the best thing to do was move on, or if she did think that there was a chance you were alive, why move all the way to England?"

Killian nods, "I'm aware of that. But if you don't let Nate do his job. You are going to be the one behind bars and if that happens there is no coming back from that."

The judge nods, "Consider it stricken." Seth smiles, "If I may, the entire basis of this trial is speculation. There were only 4 of us who were actually there where as the rest of you are trying to psychoanalyze a situation that you don't know if there is really anyone to blame. If I may, say that heroin addict has a baby who is born addicted to drugs, and lives in pain. The doctors try to make the baby comfortable but the baby will always live in excruciating pain for the rest of her life 24 hours a day. they want to end her suffering but the grandparents, say that the doctors are at fault for not curing the baby. Who is really to blame? Depends on the perspective you take, AND your own speculation."

Seth smiles, "Is it?" Killian taps Nate on the shoulder, "He keeps changing things to fit his needs. Have him tell his story again and find those changes. Something doesn't add up. Think about his claim. How would Dawn have been able to get out of her chair and over to Justin fast enough to stab him if she cant use her legs? He was stabbed in the chest. Dawn would have had to have stood up in order to reach him."
