Smiles and hugs her back. "Don't worry deary. The trial is tomorrow. There is no way that they will bet the info they need. We are weeks ahead in inromation."
Killian nods then gets another call, "This is agent Jones." Pause. "You sure?" Another pause. "Damn it." He says and hangs up, "Turns out the trial is tomorrow morning."

Killian sighs, "Well we need to talk with Dawn's atourny but we also need to talk about what you are going to say on the stand. This will go to actual trial tomorrow is the pre-trial. But knowing Seth they will go directly to trial. You will be called to the stand so we need to get you ready."
