Justin looked down at the table. He knew what angle they were going to take when he took the stand. They were going to make him out to be a player, try to act like he never cared about Dawn. He looked at Killan. "How do I go about trying to not look like a player up there?" He whispered very quietly so that no one could hear in the silence of the courthouse.

[Dawn Haven]

Killian sighs, "If you cant make yourself look good, the idea is to make them look bad. They will try to have you answer questions with short answers but you have every right to elaborate on them."

[Sierra Kingsley]

Amy nodded "Yes he was. Some blonde chick. Never really knew the name though. Got her knocked up too."

The prosecution nods, "And at what point did you meet Seth?"

[Sierra Kingsley]

"When I was about 18." AMy said

[Dawn Haven]

"Could you describe your first meet to the court?"

[Sierra Kingsley]

"It was normal. I met him at a coffee shop. He was a nice guy. Sweet, charming, attractive. He gave me his number and we started talking." Amy said

"And had you had any prior meetings with Mr. Henderson before this meet with Seth?"

[Sierra Kingsley]

"Like I said, weve been friends for years." Amy said "We met up a few times when I first moved to New York."

[Dawn Haven]

"And was he with anyone during these encounters?"

[Sierra Kingsley]

"I dont know, he may have been with the Samantha girl. But I was with Seth, so it didnt matter. I was in a very happy relationship."

[Dawn Haven]

The Prosecution nods, "No further questions." It was then the defense's turn to question.

[Sierra Kingsley]

Nathaniel walked over to Amy "Ms Flores, is it true that you had feelings for mr Henderson?"
Amy blinked a few times before responding "Yes." 
"And is it true that you were upset when Mr Henderson rejected you when you asked him out?" 
Amy glared "What does that-?"
Nathaniel cut her off "Please answer the question."
Amy frowned even more before grumbling out her answer "Yes."

[Dawn Haven]

The prosecution stands, "Objection. The Defense is fishing for information that is irrelevant to the case at hand." The judge frowns, "Over ruled. Counselor please continue." The Prosecutor then sits back down with a huff.

[Sierra Kingsley]

Nathaniel nodded at the judge "Thank you, your honor." He then turned back to Amy "Now, Ms Flores, would you say you were still in love with Mr. Henderson even while dating Seth? And may I remind you that you are under oath."
Amy began to panic looking around the courtroom before cracking "Yes!" 
Nathaniel continued "And would you say you were willing to do anything to be with mr Henderson?" He asked stepping closer to the stand
Amy was in tears now "Yes." 
Nathaniel smiled "No futher questions." He said returning to his seat

[Dawn Haven]

Amy was sent back, and finally Justin was called to the stand.

[Sierra Kingsley]

Nathaniel waited for the prosecution to begin

[Dawn Haven]

"Mr. Henderson, please state for the court your relation to the accused."

[Logan Henderson]

(I believe the accused is Dawn if I'm not mistaken.)

"Boyfriend." Justin said.

[Dawn Haven]

"And roughly how long have you known her."

[Logan Henderson]

"Since we were teenagers." Justin said.

[Dawn Haven]

"And did you start dating around that same time as well?"

[Logan Henderson]

"Yes." Justin said.

[Dawn Haven]

"Had you been seeing anyone prior to seeing her?"
as the prosecution talks Seth winks at Dawn, who shifts uncomfortably in her chair.

[Logan Henderson]

"Which time? When we were children or more recently?" Justin asked. "We've been together and separated before. We were at a summer camp and she left so we separated. Then we got back together after meeting each other again recently."
