"Please tell the court about the incedent." Seth sighs, "Oh please, you don't want that. Lets talk about poor Amy. When I met her she was still obsessed with mr Henderson, and knowing that he still had the hots for Miss Haven bothered her, so when I met her she was so desperate to cling to the first thing on 2 legs that would pay attention to her, which is what I did. But I mostly kept her around because she amused me."

The prosecution gives the judge a look, "Your honor, my client is making a case against Miss Amy and is defending himself." "Objection Overruled." barks the judge. The Prosecution smiles, "Please continue." Seth smiles, "Well after I approached her in the café, I decided to have some fun. I was not aware of how obsessed this girl was with Mr Henderson, nor how obsessed the accused was with him either. Amy seemed like a sweet girl, so I decided to give a slight nudge in the right direction."

Seth then winks at Dawn, "Then again I always did like the crazies. I had gone over to give Miss Haven a home welcoming kit. I had some business I needed to do so I figured why not give her a present. She accuses me of breaking in when that was not the case. there was a note in her hand writing that said to come right in. I have it with me if you would like to see." He says handing the judge the note after showing it to the court.

Dawn shakes her head, "I never wrote a note." she says to him, as the note is passed around. Seth continues, "I saw her tied up in her own chair, and I was just about to in tie her, when Miss Amy walks in with Mr. Henderson with his hands tied behind his back. Clearly against his will."

Seth continues, "I then tried to reason with her but before I could Dawn managed to untie herself and stabbed me in the foot with a nearby pencil. Amy then proceeds to attack Dawn, and while my back was turned as I tried to untie Justin, Amy for some ungodly reason tackles me to the floor. Dawn manages to get and pretend to be sweet to Mr. Henderson then stabs him with a hidden knife." The prosecution nods, "No more questions."

Nathaniel stood up and looked at the judge "Your honor, Id like that note to be submitted into evidence to be used later in the case." He then turned to Seth "Seth, you say that Ms Haven stabbed you in the foot correct?"

The prosecution stands up, "Objection, the defense is prying for information that is unnecessary to the case at hand." The judge nods, "Sustained."

"I wish it was as easy as: 'I know who fucking stabbed me.'" Justin thought, looking at the floor. He wished he could say things but he was at the mercy of Nathaniel and the prosecution and their questions. And if he would even get called to the stand again.
