"Your sister Kora was a few days ago and is in intensive care at the hospital. Is there some action the matter you would like to take sir?"

"Make sure she's getting immediate and the best treatment. And her own room. Send flowers for her." he said.

"Yes sir. Would you like us to set up a time for you to visit sir? It would help with your public image as well as giving you a chance to see her."

"I'll go visit her after I deal with this terrorist issue." he said.

"Yes sir. We'll inform you as soon as the room is ready." The personnel says respectfully and hurries out of the room.

Kora meanwhile was getting no clear response from the doctors on Jordan's where abouts. As scared as she was for him, she was more sad and angry with herself. She had one chance to get on good terms with her brother again and she blew it. A few moments later a nurse comes in with a vase of stunning flowers. When she asked who they were from all they said was that they were a gift for her.

Preston waited for the phone to ring, signalling the call had been patched through.

"Sir," his secretary said and he looked up. "Your brother, Elias, is here."

"Tell him I have a few things to do at the moment but I'll take him with me to the hospital to visit Kora." he said and the secretary nodded.

The phone rings in the office.

Preston waited a moment before picking up the phone and holding it to his ear. "Hello?" he said.

"Sir, the room is ready. We are here and ready when you are."

"I'll be right there." he said and hung up. He walked with a couple secret service agents to the conference room and sat down at the head of the table. "Gentlemen." he said to all the men.

They all give their respected hellos and then they put the call through.

"I'm assuming my assistant caught you all up and the horrible issue we are about to deal with." he said and glanced around the room.

There was a unison "Yes Sir." Around the room with the exception of one voice, "Sir if I may, Why aren't we just going in and getting the hostage out? What ever the demands that will be made surely wont be necessary."

"I'd rather not send my men in blindly." Preston stated. "Director of the FBI, Andrew McCabe, do you have any suggestions?"

The FBI director sighs, "While I agree with you sir, they may not give us any other option. They have the upper hand at the moment and may decide that the hostage is of no more use to them, and kill them once demands are met. But I stand by you with what ever decision you make sir." The phone rings and a woman's voice answers it, " Well would you look at this they actually responded." She says with a slight giggle.

The woman giggles again, "Oh my, aren't you tough guy. And yet everything you have been doing is completely wrong. Now how did we manage that?"

"Well for starters you don't seem to have a very good handle on the unemployed rate or the fact that the ones who hold a job for more than a month, are literally descended from gods." She says giving a knowing chuckle, "Oh we know all about your kind. Our little friend Jordan here gave us all the info we need."

"Sir this woman is clearly crazy." says one of the personnel.

The woman laughs, "Oh so you haven't told them about you and your family? Speaking of which, tell your sister I said 'Hello', and hope my little 'greeting' to her didn't do too much damage."

"Ma'am, unfortunately, I just started my term. I haven't had the chance to do much more than getting used to being president. I'm sorry you feel like the unemployed are being overlooked, I intend to fix that." he replied. At the mention of Gods and Kora, he clenched his jaw. "Clear the room." he ordered.

His assistant immediately clears the room and the woman laughs, "Well this new." She says clearly amused at the situation.

The woman laughs, "No. You want to know how I know about your parentage, and what I'm going to do with it. You already know why I shot her. She was snooping where she shouldn't be, and needed to be sent a message. As for why I took her boy-toy, spoilers."
