Dawn sighs, "It started after Amy killed Hannah. She...she caught myself and Justin. She kept saying that once I was out of the way, her and him would be together. I told her to leave him alone. So she had one of her muscle men come and take me into the other room. And he...he grabbed my clothes and... and..." She couldn't finish. A wave of panic came over her as she remembered that day.
The prosecution nods,
"We have doctor records here from both hospitals you were in. Is it true that the months after the incident, you were not only pregnant but decided to have the child, whom Mr Henderson was the father of, terminated?"
Dawn looked like she was going to die right then and there of heart break, but nods, "Yes. I did."

Killian shakes his head, "That would mean that we would have to explain why he was the target. Plus that would draw us away from the fact that you joined to protect Dawn, and that is where we want the focus to be."
