Nathaniel sat back down and looked over at KIllian "Did you know Dawn had been pregnant?"

Killian shakes his head, "This is bad, but we might still be able to use this."
The Prosecution frowns, "Tell us about the incident at hand." Dawn nods, "Well, to be honest, prior to this, I don't remember much. All I remember is Justin and I being torchered, then he had supposedly died, and next thing I knew I was catching a flight here. I was still getting things moved in, when Justin shows up."
"And how did that interaction go." Dawn sighs, "To be honest at the moment...I hated him. He had died, and he just left me. I thought I had buried him. He left me to grieve for months. He had later explained to me why he did what he did, and then, when he left after I said I needed time to process all this, That was when they broke into my home and attacked me."

Dawn sighs, "Then they tied me to a chair, and the next thing I knew they were dragging Justin back in. It was one thing to mess with me, but as soon as they brought him in it was too far."
"But didn't you just say you hated him?"
"At that point in time, but to be honest, most of me was happy he was alive, at that moment, I knew I couldn't live with out him in my life."

Justin looked up. He smiled and discreetly made a heart with his hands pointed in Dawn's direction to silently tell her he loves her.

Dawn smiles, but then it fades, "That was when things went even further. I don't remember much, but I do remember Seth and Amy discussing something, then the next thing I knew, Justin...had a knife in him and I was being pulled away from him, with no clue if he was ok or not."

The prosecution nods, "No further questions at this time." The judge then speaks up there will now be a 15 minuet recess for lunch. Court will reconvene after that time."

Killian groans, "I don't feel like I am, but so long as they don't call Seth to the stand I think we should be ok." Killian pauses and thinks for a moment, "Would you excuse me a moment I need to make a call." He says and steps out and calls Sierra.
